Terms and Conditions – The Study Corner-Lalbaug
All passes and memberships are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.
For memberships with a validity exceeding one month, early revocation may be considered solely at the discretion of The Study Corner management. In such cases, one full month of unlimited access charges will be deducted, and any remaining balance, if applicable, may be adjusted.
Eating food or snacks at study desks is strictly prohibited. Members must use the designated meal/lunch area. Beverages are permitted at desks.
Members are requested not to leave books, stationery, or personal belongings unattended on desks after use.
Entry is permitted only to registered members with a valid membership and ID proof.
Access timings are 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, subject to the plan selected by the member.
The Study Corner is a strict silent zone. Talking, phone calls, loud activities, or any form of disturbance is not permitted.
Members must maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the premises at all times.
Desk allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Desks are not permanently reserved unless explicitly mentioned in the chosen plan.
Wi-Fi is provided solely for study and professional use. Illegal streaming, downloading, or misuse of internet services is strictly prohibited.
The Study Corner shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
The premises are under CCTV surveillance for safety and security purposes.
Use of tobacco, smoking, alcohol, or narcotic substances is strictly prohibited within the premises.
In case of rule violations, misconduct, or non-compliance, The Study Corner reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund.
Management reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
By making payment and using the facility, the member confirms acceptance of and agrees to comply with all the above terms and conditions.
